Nicholas Young is a queer Canadian debut author with a love for stories that break hearts and heal them in equal measure. Inspired by queer romance, mythology, fantasy, science fiction, and his own life experience, he writes with empathy and imagination. His background includes legal work with the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Inquiry and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. He also holds a sociology degree focused on queer and women’s studies. Storytelling is his constant, whether through novels, Dungeons & Dragons adventures, or games like Mass Effect and Final Fantasy.
